Make your own variation of a Dresden Plate quilt with this pattern. Full instructions are given for creating the Dresden Plate with rulers and heat resistant templates. The large Dresden plates on this quilt remind me of dandelions that have gone to seed. My daughter tells her son those are “wishes” and she taught him how to blow the “wishes” into the wind. This is named in honor of my little grandson!
